After taking a few years to hone my skill set and focus on other aspects of my career, I’m thrilled to announce my return to the world of bridal hairstyling. And what better place to make this comeback than with my favourite venue, The Old Kent Barn? Having worked with this amazing venue for over a decade, I practically lived there every weekend, weaving my hair magic for countless brides. The nostalgia of those days has lingered, and I have missed the vibrant atmosphere and the joy of being part of such special moments.

Reuniting with Claire, the owner, and Kylie, who runs the show, feels like coming home. Their dedication to detail ensures that every wedding unfolds seamlessly, making each event a memorable experience for everyone involved. I am particularly excited to see their new bedrooms and to once again work in the ‘let’s get ready’ room. This space is a dream for any hairstylist and makeup artist, offering ample room to spread out our tools and equipment, with convenient electrics for all our heating appliances. The natural light available for makeup artists is simply perfect, enhancing the beauty of every bride.

The luxury of a bridal suite to prepare in is truly a game changer, and I can’t wait to dive back into this enchanting world with exciting new projects in the pipeline. The energy, the creativity, and the love that fills The Old Kent Barn make it a place I am proud to call my professional home once again.
